Sui Qi Is Too Anti-Japanese Base Areas Of Famine And Relief

In the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Sui county, Qi county, Taikang county is the central area of Yellow River flood area consisting of 44 counties of the 3 provinces of Henan, Anhui and Jiangsu, this area suffered serious natural disasters and man-made misfortunes, which have caused grave damage to the lives of people in the disaster-hit areas. The base area of Sui-Qi-Tai county is established on the instructions of the CPC Central Committee, the base area has roughly experienced three main stages. In the base area, East Henan municipal committee of CPC carried out a series of measures, responded the appeal of disaster victims on the aspect of the production revival to relief disasters and the construction of democratic politics, economic and society. The base area grown because CPC won the support of several hundred million people, this is the foundation of CPC won the war of Liberation. The base area of Sui –Qi-Tai county is the epitome of the grown Communist Party of China in the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan.This paper revolved around the disasters and constructions of the base area of Sui-Qi-Tai county, in order to strengthen the research about Yellow River flood area and the anti-Japanese base area. This area had huge losses of the flooded area of the Yellow River during the war of resistance against Japan because of natural calamities and man-made misfortunes, as a result of its regional advantages, KMT government, Japan and puppet government, CPC fought each other because of turf. Some local forces took the opportunity to raid. Due to regional advantages and room for growth, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out to build a base in this area. The base area has roughly experienced three main stages.Chapter Two, the construction of democratic politics of the base area. In order to organize disaster relief work and the construction of the system comprehensively, the east Henan municipal committee of CPC took measures to develop itself, including construction of democratic politics and Party Organization, those measures was supported by the mass, took measures to actively relieve disaster, consolidated and developed the Anti Japanese base areas jointly.Chapter Three, disaster relief efforts. According to the actual situation, the east Henan municipal committee of CPC took measures to actively respond to disasters, including the construction of water conservancy facilities, fight food insecurity, reducing the burden, building health care systems.
