The socialist democracy building, which plays a very important role in the process of building a well-off society, has been the significant political basis of realizing a well-off society. Only if Extending democracy at the grassroots level has been realized, that the Chinese political system of socialist democracy could be further improved and the development of China’s democratization could be pushed. Community, the basic part of society scheme, links the society to the nation. How the communities develop has a direct influence on the healthy development of one country. With the rapid speed of urbanization, community building is becoming more and more important. On the basis of building Chinese political system of socialist democracy, grass-roots democratic politics construction has been an indispensable part. Grass-roots democratic politics construction could develop diverse forms of grass-roots democratic politics as well as improve democracy system at the grassroots level.
