A Study On The Attribution And Use Of Copyright Of Network Audio - Visual Works

Study on the spread of copyright is very extensive, including not only the traditional copyright, but also the network copyright. We are more familiar with the traditional sense of the copyright, so the article will focus on the research about copyright of Audiovisual network.The development of network change rapidly, bring us convenient, improve the rhythm of life, accelerate the spread and development of human civilization, but the network is a double-edged sword, the virtual and limit of Internet let us see the shortcomings. With the development of economic globalization and the trend of world multi-polarization, we can see the civilization resources around the world. They are more widely used and the discussion of the network copyright issue also becoming more frequently. The protection of China’s copyright law refers to the works of literature, art, science of proprietary and also other achievement of creative thoughts. Copyright law protect the literary works extend from the photos, images, software, to multimedia works. They have got the protection of the law, and also restricted by law. In recent years, we can be heard endless disputes caused by the network copyright, people enjoy the convenience brought by the network and we should also get self-examination from it. But regulates of the copyright law has some shortcomings, such as the form of infringement of copyright, personal protection. In this paper, these are my views, the understanding of network copyright,affiliation of the network copyright, the special problems of the affiliation of copyright network, network copyright infringement, the protection of network copyright and fair use after the affiliation.
