This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of patients informed consent right shall be exercised on his behalf, effectiveness, and need to the situation, analyzes the current legislative regulations of patients right of informed consent, and put forward a clear himself as the main body of right of informed consent and patients to exercise the people order, establish the principle of patients’ best interests, to set up the health indicator system and so on in advance, in order to our country the doctor-patient relationship can be more harmonious, the laws and regulations of patients right of informed consent will be improved.
