Research On The Insured Terms In Express Contract

Online shopping more and more people like it. With the rise of online shopping, express transportation industry has grown rapidly and become an important part of our national economy in just a few years. However, because of the difference express transportation company’s economic strength, courier items damaged or lost things often happen. Compensation the courier items also attracted everyone’s attention, which express parcels insured compensation issue has become the focus of discussion.Based on the two cases concerning insured compensation analysis, are discussed in the following logical sequence. This paper is divided into three parts: The first part, through the analysis of the Court on two different cases of insured compensation judgment summarizes the main focus of controversy surrounding the law applicable and insured terms; The second part, from the perspective of law applicable to analyze the legal application of the courier insured compensation cases; The third part, whether the insured terms from the terms of format, analysis of the rationality of the insured terms, analyze the effectiveness of insured terms and limit the issue of compensation, and put forward their point of view.
