Research On Legal Regulation Of False Propaganda

The Unfair Competition Law of our country promulgated in September of 1993, which has been more than 20 years so far.It plays an important role in keeping our country’s market-oriented economy competition order. With the fast development of the society and market economy, more market entities make the competition environment complicated that is beyond reach of the Law. The Unfair Competition Law should be improved for prohibiting false propaganda. This paper takes examples by studying the justice empirical of foreign countries and districts to keep abreast of the times.The dissertation includes three chapters as following: 1. The introduction of the definition, characteristic, types and content of the false propaganda. 2. The introduction of America stands for Anglo-American law system and German stands for Civil Law system by studying their advanced justice experience, and the judgment criterion of false propaganda. 3. By new typical case analyses, pointing to the adequacy of the false propaganda legislation of our country. Give some better and detail advice to legislation, judicial and society supervision.
