| Personal freedom is the foundation of all personal freedom, the basic requirements of the modern rule of law, China and other countries, as will be specified as an important part of its constitution. Especially when fundamental human rights are violated in this exhibit does not help the public authority, also exposed many shortcomings of the law concerning the protection of personal freedom. The problem is, after our Constitution provides for freedom of the person, but not raised when an individual’s personal freedom violations suffered when government agencies get relief channels.
