Will be based on the basic theory of criminal search, this paper analyzes the regulation of our country’s criminal search, and comparing with the criminal search procedure legislation of developed countries, points out the defects of criminal search procedure legislation in our country, and through absorb and draw lessons from, for the perfection of legislation of criminal search in China to contribute, to compensate for the defects of legislation of criminal search in our country.
