A Comparative Study Of Real Right System Of Sino - Russian Real Estate

Since ancient times, real estate has been the basis for human survival and development, and because of the huge economic value, the state of being stable and important social significance and other characteristics, on the real estate system, policy and legal norms have on people’s life greatly, have far-reaching realistic significance. Housing and land real estate is the most important type of human, as the dwelling place and an important means of production, the basic problem solving to survive.This article through the comparison of the Sino Russian real historical development and legal origin of property rights system of the two countries, clear development of real estate property rights system of thought and the related legislation. Through a comparative study of the Sino Russian real estate system and agricultural land system, to found our country real estate real right system in the existing problems, and then improve the real estate real right system in our country, in order to seek solutions to the problems of reality.
