Individual Extreme Violence In China 's Transitional Period And Its Countermeasures

All aspects have changed since China’s reform was into the deep water area, while social contradictions have been more prominent. According to reports, the number of domestic individual incidents of extreme violence is increasing quietly in the past five years, which caused a panic. Based on their own characteristics of the events, making governance difficult beforehand even afterwards, so that caution is particularly important. Once it has poor disposal, it should be make enormous social impact. Based on this, the paper focuses on the lag concept of governance, irrational governance structure, inappropriate treatment methods, imperfect governance legal system, backward governance technical because of exposed issues of governance of individual extreme violence. We should comply with the principles as following: people-oriented 、the concept of the rule of law, thus to improve governance event for the purpose of improving managementing the incident methods and measures for the benefit of social members.
