Research On Emergency Management Of Extreme Violence In Quanzhou

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the widening gap between the rich and the poor,and the intensification of social contradictions,all kinds of extreme violent incidents such as venting,disaventing and retaliating against the society frequently happen,aiming at innocent people.Some even develop into individual extreme violent crimes,which seriously affect the sense of security of the masses and cause widespread concern in the society.Strengthening the research on emergency management of extreme violent incidents not only plays a major role in the prevention,discovery and suppression of illegal activities,but also has a positive impact on safeguarding social and public safety and ensuring the safety of citizens' lives and property.Personal extreme violence emergency management is a systematic project.It needs the resultant force of the whole society,and it has become an urgent need to explore and solve problems,especially the two aspects of theoretical support and system construction.This paper from the perspective of Quanzhou City,through the investigation of the individual extreme violence emergency management situation,found the individual extreme violence emergency management problems in the process,and through the reflection on the problem of finding the solution,puts forward how to improve countermeasures and suggestions to improve the individual extreme violence in emergency management,and effectively solve the extreme violence individual events frequent problems,hope that through this research and provide new ideas for individual extreme violence emergency management,emergency management to improve the level of the relevant departments,and jointly safeguard the harmony and stability of society and people's life and property safety.This paper using the 4R model of crisis management theory,social control theory as a support,definition of the concept of public security,crimes of extreme violence,extreme violence etc.,mechanism analysis of individual extreme violence,and then analyzes its evolution trend,and introduces the related research theory.In recent years,the extreme violence of personal data analysis based on individual extreme violence in Quanzhou emergency management situation,the individual extreme violence in Quanzhou city emergency management idea is backward,the emergency management system,emergency command functions of low intensive single,low efficiency,overall emergency disposal ability shortage series of problems have seriously affected the effective disposal of the incident.Therefore,in order to fundamentally and effectively improve the situation of individual extreme violence emergency management within a certain period of time,we must take these problems as a breakthrough point,formulate strategies and measures to form a scientific and feasible emergency management system.
