With the rapid development and the growth market economic of our society, business name should get more attention, however, China’s existing laws and regulations of the business name has small provisions and is scattered and lower leveled, which has already not meet the objective needs of China’s economic situation, nor enhanced the protection of our country and the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.It is important to improve the property protection system of corporate names and rise research efforts to develop an adaptation of our country as soon as possible, and it is beneficial to enact specialized law of intellectual property protection of business name, while improving business name associated with the IP laws and regulations so as to form an internal harmonization intellectual property protection system is an urgent task of China’s legal research and legislators.
