Research On The Rule Of China Customs Protecting Intellectual Property Rights Under The System Of WTO

The rule of China Customs protecting intellectual property rights is an important part of the rules of intellectual property rights.In an opening-up country , the effect of the implementation of customs protecting intellectual property rights exerts great influence on the country's ecnomy.With the rapid development of our country's foreign trade and the speeding-up of China' s entry into WTO,the research on our country's situation of customs protecting intellectual property rights under the system of WTO great significance for improving our country's customs protecting intellectual property rights.Combining some regulations of Trips ,this paper states the legal system, basic principle,protection range and legal procedure of rules on customs protecting intellectual property rights in our country. It also discusses the gap between our courtry's rules of customs protecting intellectual property rights and Trips and analyzes the meaning of improving rules of customs protecting intellectual property rights as well as relative measures. Then the paper raises some suggestions on legislation and enforcement.
