Dworkin is a famous American jurist, is the new natural law school representatives, throughout the debate and authoritative contemporary jurisprudence Hart and Posner, who throughout their academic career, which also formed his academic debate-type style. Dworkin has many works, including "legal Empire," a book is the most comprehensive to reflect its legal thought, in this book, Dworkin will be defined as a legal interpretation of the concept, a new theory of judicial practice understanding the legal interpretation of the theory he had borrowed to build sufficient theoretical achievements of modern philosophical hermeneutics, especially Gadamer’s hermeneutics ontological thought, his success will be the interpretation of the theory and pharmacology research method together for jurisprudence the development has made innovative contributions. Dworkin strong proof of the holistic theory of law with respect to the practice and pragmatism two main legal concepts more in line with the legal interpretation of the concept of character.
