A Study On The Responsibility Of Accident In AA Outdoor Sports

Outdoor sport in Dutch treatment is one of the forms of outdoor sports. Compared with the professional club form, this form of outdoor sports groups are more likely to happened accident. In recent years, several major accidents were happened in the form of outdoor sport, in domestic. In judicial practice, the trial of accident responsibility in this form did not given the public a unified guidance. The phenomenon of different connection with the sentence makes people puzzled. Once the accident occurred in this form, how will the victims get remedies? What will the members be done, if the other member in accident? So unified and perfect of the theory about the liability of the accident that happened in the outdoor sport in Dutch treatment has the very important significance.Firstly, the paper expounded the concepts and features of AA outdoor sports. Distinguished from similar recreational sports, AA outdoor sports have the characteristics of the nonprofit, risk and cooperative. Through comparative analysis of academic point of view, outdoor sports accident liability is tort liability. On this basis, it is studied in this paper from the following four aspects:obligation source of tort liability, exemptions, imputation principles and the problem of sharing liability. Hope to be able to provide theoretical reference for such cases in the judicial practice.
