On Lenin 's Thought Of Ruling Party Being Good At Study After The October Revolution

Lenin’s thought that the ruling party must be good at learning is an important part of Lenin’s party construction thought and is the theoretical viewpoint of connotation, nature, method and law of Lenin’s idea on learning. Lenin took the learning theory of Marx and Engels as foundation and gradually formed the idea that the ruling party must be good at learning in the practice of summarizing Russia socialist construction. Lenin’s leaning thought not only enriches and develops Marxist learning theory, but also has great reference significance for our country to construct Marxist learning party under the new historical conditions.The first chapter reviews the formation and development of Lenin’s learning thought of ruling party, summarizing the development process and historical context of Lenin’s learning thought. It mainly elaborates the social and historical background where the Lenin thought was formed from the perspectives of economic background, political background, cultural background and thought culture, thus the inevitability and necessity that Lenin’s learning thought of ruling party is produced and formed can be grasped. The second chapter is the core content of this article, comprehensively and systematically study elaborating Lenin’s ideological content that ruling party must be good at learning after the October Revolution, which mainly includes:the ruling party must study and develop Marxism; Party members and cadres must learn scientific and cultural knowledge; the ruling party must learn to do economic work; the ruling party must learn, master and use the ability of state organs and Lenin’s thought on learning methods of ruling parties. Thus it can be seen that Lenin’s ideological content that ruling party learn is very rich, which includes learning content, learning methods, learning ways, etc. Lenin gradually put forward comprehensive learning task and learning requirements to the party members who are important forces in consolidating the ruling regime and building socialism in his practice of exploring socialist construction based on the changes of national conditions in Russia and ruling mission of the communist party of Russia (Bolshevik). From the content of previous two chapters, it can be seen that "why to learn, what to learn and how to learn" are taken as the breakthrough points to build the logic framework of Lenin’s learning thought of ruling party, forming the rigorous and comprehensive theoretic logic system.The third chapter embarks from the new historical conditions, combines with the actual situations of the state and the party, points out the problems existing in our party in terms of learning, and puts forward the requirements that our country constructs Marxist learning party: adhere to a comprehensive and lifelong learning concept, combining with the practical and innovative learning methods, strengthening the construction of study style, establishing and improving the learning mechanism, etc. Combining Lenin’s learning thought of ruling party with the practice in our country is of significant theoretical value and practical value in constructing Marxist learning party, improving the standard of ruling and ruling ability of our party, and maintaining the advancement of our party.
