Lenin’s thought about closing ties with the masses of the ruling party is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory ties between the party, is the gradual development of the Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) to seize political power and control as well as to explore the practice of socialist construction, the final form, and correctly guide the masses relationship building. The reason why Soviet Russia was able to achieve in a relatively backward economy and culture as well as internal and external conditions for the coexistence of hard to triumph again and again, is that the Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) in close contact with the masses of the ruling party through them all.
