A Study On The Amount Of Corruption And Bribery

Since ancient times, the crime of corruption and bribery has been the focus of the fight against crime, especially in modern times, the integrity of our party will be treated as national staff related to national prosperity of the key issues. However, China’s "Criminal Law" provisions on corruption and bribery, but not with the times, especially with regard to the provisions of the amount of crime, has been concerned about the theory and practice staff. One of the more prominent issues include:first, from the provisions of the criminal point of issue; second, the amount in question as a sentencing standards; thirdly, on the basis of the amount of the death penalty as a sentencing standards.In order to solve the above problems, the "criminal law amendment nine (Draft)" appears, may alleviate these problems in a certain extent. Our country tried to sentencing reform of the years also provides a good opportunity for solving these problems.Aiming at these problems, combined with the existing theoretical results and the relevant provisions of the domestic and foreign, through data analysis, theoretical analysis, historical analysis perspective on these issues for analysis. The author of the above-mentioned problems and made a personal point of view on this basis, and to propose solutions to this problem in my view, based on the amount of crime in order to study the issue of corruption and bribery to help, and the country of corruption and bribery legislation and practice to provide useful recommendations.
