The reliability of the equipment exerts much influence on the war which is winning or losing with science and technology,increasing spare parts of equipment can improve the reliability of the combat system.However,the more spare parts,the more cost.At same time,the reliability of the system and the number of spare parts are not positive relationship.How to allocate well and reserve spare parts is an important factor to guarantee victory in the war.Therefore, improving reliability of system under the condition of limited funding, and the system is in good condition,it is provided valuable theoretical basis for spart parts management of equipment. It is deserving of research on the project that improves deficiencies of Estimation of distribution algorithms in combination with other algorithms and apply the improved algorithms in the problem of spare parts optimization.Combine the penalty function with the UMDA algorithm and MIMIC algorithm to get improved algorithm—F-UMDA algorithm and FH-MIMIC algorithm. With standard test function testing, numerical results show that the improved algorithm acquire satisfactory results.Combine stochastic ranking algorithm and Minmax algorithm with the MIMIC algorithm to get improved algorithm—S-MIMIC algorithm and Mx-MIMIC algorithm. With the standard test function testing, numerical results show that the improved algorithm acquire satisfactory results.Finally, getting solution to the model of spare parts optimization via the F-UMDA algorithm,S-MIMIC algorithm and Mx-MIMIC algorithm respectively.It shows that optimization configuration scheme of spare parts of improved algorithm not only make higher reliability of spare parts,but also save some money.
