The significance of air strike is becoming more distinctness in modern warfare. How to distribute fire resource and minimize the strike cost based on the condition of limited fire resource, is the main objective in modern air strike fire distribution research. There are three difficulty in air strike fire distribution problem: (1)How to construct the objective function of air strike mission, also the problem of constructing the objective function; (2)How to get the optimization results efficiency based on the limited fire resource, also the problem of restrict optimization; (3)How to keep the balance between air strike mission and air strike cost, also the problem of multi-objective optimization. The first two problem are more important in this research, we propose a method of air strike fire distribution based on influence nets and estimation of distribution algorithm, which have been proved could get better effect and settled some problem of air strike fire distribution.The main contents are as follows:(1) Toward the analysis of the air strike fire resource distribution problem, this thesis gives relevant definitions and their mathematical descriptions, build the mathematical distribution model as a multi-objectives restriction optimization problem, and then put forward the modeling and solution framework for the air strike fire resource distribution problem based on influence net and estimation of distribution algorithm.(2) We put forward the three-dimensional concept to distribute the target function toward the problem of how to construct the air strike mission target function. And then put forward concepts of the battlefield multi-objectives influence net and mission decomposition influence net, which are used to compose air strike three-dimensional influence net model. All these are been described and given the construct methods.(3) We present a solution method using estimation of distribution algorithm for the restrictions of air strike fir resource distribution problem, and improve the algorithm to increase efficiency for the characteristics of the restrictions. The problem's attribute of multi-objectives optimization make certain what efficiency function method to be used.(4) Aiming at the needs of application, a prototype system is designed and achieved based on the methodology mentioned above with visual 2005 and Sync fusion. Finally, our method is demonstrated to be credible with a case study of air strike destroying war potential of enemy.
