In the meanwhile, studying in the international law and Nationalism in the history, we can prove that Nationalism has been changed from opening to sealing as well as the international laws.In the second chapter, the lecture researches today’s international and areal laws and the protecting system of Minority. There are two parts, the first one is talking about the protection in international and areal laws, such as Universal Declaration of Human Rights and The European Convention on Human Rights. The second one is talking about the protection system, such as committee system and justice system. In the third chapter, the lecture analyzes the protection in the theory of politic, mainly in self-determination theory and society equality theory. In a nation, the politic system could not protect the right of Minority. Only With the help of international organization and international law system can Minority get effective protection.
