A Study Of CPC 's Collectivism Theory And Practice In Yan'an Period

Yan’an period from October 19 in 1935 to March 23 in 1948, the Communist party of China led the Chinese revolution to victory within thirteen years. The Communist party of China insisted on emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and formed the national united front, for achievement of the national liberation and being the country of people being masters. The Communist party of China not only gave birth to the real of collective "new society", but also transformed people’s ideas that people become the real subject in "new society" by the theory and practice of collectivism.First, this paper probes into the collectivism theory origin of the Communist party of China in Yan’ an period, including Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin’s collectivism thought and our country traditional culture of Confucianism and Mohism collectivism thought. secondly, from three dimensions of mutual solidarity cooperation, the public value and "altruism",this paper summarises up the collectivism ideological content and characteristic of the Communist party of China in this period. The characteristic consists of various the hierarchy of values standard, maintenance of public interest and breaking background ideas. It has a great deal of the theory contribution that Marxist theory of values has been enriched and developed and a new value has been formed in new-democratic society. The Communist party of China put collectivism values into practice of the economic, political and cultural fields:the development of the public sector of the economy and commodity market economy, that is, under government plans to the public sector of the economy and under the government management of the commodity market economy; Democratic political system, the democratic operation mechanism and perfect the legislation system, namely, establishing "three-thirds system" regime strengthened democratic supervision and establishing a clean government serviced to the masses and improving the legislation of judicial system maintained fairness and justice; the development of national, scientific and popular culture. These practices contributed to cultivating leading cadres of the Communist party of China, promoting the construction of base area and providing the value guidance for the later work for the Communist party of China. Finally,this paper points out contemporary enlightenment on keeping the advanced nature of the Communist party of China and building a service-oriented party and cultivating and practicing of the value of socialist core values. The communist party of China has set up and practiced collectivism values to keep advanced and serve the people with all its heart. Cultivating and practicing the practice of socialist core values in the contemporary in our country, we must respect the rules and play to subjective initiative to realize the organic unity of discipline and freedom in the practice of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. We must rule the country by law and maintain fairness and justice to realize the organic unity of the people’s autonomy and social management. We must be honest labor and advocate dedication to realize the organic unity of personal interests and collective interests.We must take collective interests seriously into consideration and each of us must also carries forward the spirit of selfless dedication and patriotism for our nation. We should be honest and hard work to spread the excellent Chinese nation tradition and obtain legal achievements by diligent sweat. The moral qualities of diligent and hard work have been well accepted in our society. Everyone should be friendly to others to make collective full of positive energy. The collectivism values have a profound significance in cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.
