A Study On The Construction Of Socialist Legal System With Chinese Characteristics And Its Realistic Problems

This paper studies on the theory of socialist law-based building with Chinese characteristics and sum up the practice, under the guidance of Marx "s legal ideology.It develops Chinese traditional civilization of rule of law, and references useful experience of Western rule of law civilization. It studies real problem law-based building with Chinese characteristics systematically.
