In 1996,\ "criminal procedural law\" provisions of residential surveillance is not to obtain a guarantor pending trial. 2012 regulations on residential surveillance detailed, clear the specified shall be applicable to the residential surveillance. To perfect the system of compulsory measures in our country, have a positive role. But at the same time,the provisions of the residential surveillance also exist certain problems, especially for specified residential surveillance.In the fist part, Before writing, some domestic scholars have study the residential surveillance questions. So, the author based on others research, combined with the actual research, delve into residential surveillance system in the problems that exist in the theory and practice. And put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to can sprang out, can inspire the judicial practice of guiyang.This paper mainly has three chapters, we have two, the first chapter expounds the guiyang city residential surveillance research statistics analysis.
