A Study On The Protection Of Labor Rights And Interests Of College Students In Guizhou Province

The survey shows that 84 percent of students choose to participate in a Part-time Job out of the University campus, 72.3 percent of college students is to reduce the burden on families, 53.9 percent of college students is to cultivate a personal capacity,50.8 percent of college students in is to increase community knowledge. Although the purpose of college students to participate in a Part-time Job is not alike,the protection of labor rights has been a legal phenomenon which can not be ignored and the issue is worthy of deep probe.At present, the theory and practice circle have a large debate on which law should be applied to relief the labor rights of students.Based on the current laws and regulations of China, the legal relationship of students and employers is civil employment relationship which can not effectively protect the labor rights of college students on the period of their work time.This paper selects four universities of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province to conduct the research to find out the status of College Students’ labor rights violations.The first chapter, the author elaborates the aim,ideas,content, methods,other basic research situation and a brief description of the basic situation of the research,based on the analysis of the data to find out the exiting problems of college students who take part in Part-time Job of Guizhou Province.The second chapter, analysis reasons of problems and theoretically on this field.The third chapter, on the basis of survey data analysis and legal argument, put forward some advice to how to protect the labor rights of students who take Part-time Job of Guizhou Province.
