Part-time workers are one of the important forms of atypical employment because some of their basic elements are different from traditional employment and are more common in society.As a special form of employment relationship,part-time workers are characterized by flexibility,which makes them have certain particularity in the application of law,the amount and payment method of salary,social welfare and social security.Therefore,the specific laws and regulations of part-time workers have become an important subject of contemporary labor law research.The expansion and diversification of part-time workers is a common phenomenon caused by the changes of employment systems in various countries.Because of the different legislative directions and the nature of social development around the world,each country has its own legal culture and legal tradition,as well as different legal provisions for part-time workers.At present,the number of part-time workers in our country is increasing steadily.With the increase of the number of part-time workers,the rights and interests of part-time workers are often violated.The 18 th national congress of the party clearly put forward that building harmonious labor relations and comprehensively protecting the rights and interests of part-time workers is an important part of building harmonious labor relations.Harmonious and stable labor relations are conducive to economic progress and healthy development of society.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the causes and methods of the infringement of the rights and interests of part-time workers so as to better protect part-time workers.In short,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly describes the development background of part-time workers and the general idea of this paper,as well as the research methods.The second part mainly defines the concept of part-time workers,including the background,reasons and characteristics of part-time workers.At the same time,the author also expounds the meaning of the rights and interests of part-time workers and the multiple meanings of the legal protection of the rights and interests of part-time workers.The third part mainly studies the infringement of the rights and interests of part-time workers,including the problems such as lax labor contract,unequal salary and treatment,lack of protection of the right to rest and vacation,and lack of protection of social insurance.The fourth part discusses the solutions to the protection of the rights and interests of part-time workers,including improving the relevant legislation in the labor law,strengthening the supervision of the employing units,and attaching importance to the publicity of relevant laws and regulations.
