Investigation And Practice Of Interrogation And Its Improvement

This is the basic spirit of the 2012 Amending the Criminal fully fit, investigation or interrogation system constructed new Criminal Procedure Law, and how to better serve the reform and litigation to trial centered, need justice practitioners in practice trial and error, through the analysis of the problems in practice and its causes, and constantly improve our interrogation system detection, resolution of investigation and interrogation of the suspect right protection problem from the source.
