The economic sphere is an important part of a country’s Constitution and laws, and the studying of law about the economic system and constitutes will allow us to largely summarized the legal status of the development about the overall national. This paper will consider changes of economic sphere in the part of China’s current Constitution, and use the fact of text changes to explore the forces in economic development and social driving behind changes- the competiton between state power and individual interests.Today,tolerance as a increasingly important theory of jurisprudence can explain and evaluate its rationality and justice in the practice of law. Use the vision of the concept of tolerance allows us to review and summarize more worthy of acknowledgment of experience while we explore changes in the text of the Constitution in the process of China’s economic section. By the observing of tolerance’s perspective, we will discover and examine the two opposing sections of Chinese mixed ownership economy(public part and non-public part), find the pros and cons of each part, and point the pressing of single ownership economy, thus to keep out two forms of intolerance. In the pluralistic world, the internal society of China needs the spirit of the idea of tolerance, so we need to use pluralistic societies as a basis for analysis, refining the spirit of tolerance in China’s economic system and social development while taking into account about the limits of tolerance, in order to ensure and promote the development of the spirit of tolerance, which help us to seek the ought-to-be future for the Chinese economy, as well as the overall development of China.
