Research On "Zero Tolerance" Anti-corruption Idea And System Construction

Fighting against corruption has always been a topic of concern to the world,and it is also a difficult problem that human society has always wanted to overcome in the process of development.How to effectively curb and combat corruption has also been studied and discussed by all countries in the world.The corruption in this article is political corruption.We can not effectively fight corruption and allow it to breed.It is not only the interests of the Party and the state that are endangered,but also the immediate interests of the people and,if serious,the political power of the Party and the state.At the present stage,the Chinese government has become more and more firm in its belief in combating corruption,has more and more confidence in it,the people's voice in fighting corruption has become more and more vocal,and the need for a harmonious and stable life has become more and more pressing.If we fail to effectively combat corruption,it will affect China's socialist modernization drive.Therefore,corruption governance is imperative.After the 18 th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core,began an "unprecedented" campaign against corruption nationwide and achieved tremendous results.Although our anti-corruption efforts have made historic breakthroughs and progress,the corruption situation is still serious.With the rapid development of economy and society,various forms of corruption have emerged one after another.The traditional model of fighting corruption can not adapt to the current corruption situation.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress that "we must adhere to no restricted area,full coverage,and zero tolerance,adhere to heavy containment,strong pressure,and long-term deterrence,and insist on bribery and bribery." This fully demonstrates the determination of the Party and the country to fight corruption resolutely.The fight against corruption is in line with the development needs of our modernization drive,coupled with the people's hatred of corruption,and the fight against corruption is in line with the people's will.Therefore,our country must adhere to the "zero tolerance" attitude to fight corruption.In the process of anti-corruption,the construction of corruption governance system is of great importance.Therefore,on the basis of the previous research,this paper explores the research of corruption governance system construction based on the concept of "zero tolerance" from four aspects by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis,background analysis and other research methods.The first is to analyze the link between corruption and corruption governance system.From the concrete forms of corruption in our country at present,we clearly realize the importance of building an anti-corruption system based on the concept of "zero tolerance".Second,it summarizes the achievements made by China in combating corruption since the 18 th National Congress,and through the enactment of the Supervision Law,it shows that China has achieved a phased victory in the reform of its supervision system,and at the same time points out that there are still shortcomings in China's anti-corruption system construction at the present stage.It will provide the basis for the establishment of anti-corruption system.The third is to analyze the successful experience of anti-corruption system construction in the United States,Singapore,South Korea and Hong Kong,China,and to learn from the good experience of anti-corruption practices in foreign countries and Hong Kong,China,on the premise that it is in line with the actual situation in China.Fourth,in view of the urgent need to fight corruption,from the three aspects of not wanting to rot,can not rot,dare to rot,how to build a "zero tolerance" as the concept of corruption governance system.
