A Legal Study On China 's Deposit Insurance System

Deposit insurance system has existed for more than 80 years, China in 2015 to become the world’s 114th countries to establish a deposit insurance system. The setting of deposit insurance system is to protect the interests of financial consumers and guard against systemic financial crisis.Based on this background. Firstly, the thesis introduces the deposit insurance system in our country recently implemented, and of foreign deposit insurance system is introduced legislation, the deposit insurance legal system in our country the establishment and the consummation to put forward suggestions.This paper is divided into two parts, the first part is the first chapter of the introduction of the content, the second part of the contents of the three or four, second chapters of the content. The second chapter is an overview of the deposit insurance system, the contents of the deposit insurance system and the deposit insurance system of China’s brief introduction. Finally, of deposit insurance system and financial institutions exit mechanism to work coordination are discussed.The purpose of this article is by the differences of legislation on the comparison of domestic and foreign deposit insurance legal system, the analysis highlights and shortcomings of the deposit insurance law system in China, for the interests of the security deposit, the reasonable construction of the legal framework of China’s financial security, to provide theoretical support.
