Lenin 's Thought Of Ruling By Law And Its Contemporary Value

Vladimir llich Lenin is the founder of the first socialism nation in the world.Ruled by law ideology of Lenin is an important component of his legal thoughts theory,also built on the basis of inheriting and developing Marxist theory of nation and law,is the further development of Marxism. His theory were formed and developed in the long years of revolution and construction of the Soviet socialist legal system.Although there is no systematic exposition of Lenin’s concept of rule of law,some of the points that we build a socialist country ruled by law are scattered throughout various documents and his works.
