Research On The Anti - Corruption Experience And Contemporary Value Of The Communist Party Of China In The Early Days Of New China

Corruption has always been a difficult question for all the Governments to be overcome. At the beginning of the New China, although the political, economic and military situation is grim, there are still a lot of corruption problems, but we do not stop determination to fight with the corruption. We began a vigorous anti-corruption campaign, and got great achievements, to cerate a relatively non-corrupt environment for socialist construction. In this paper, our party emerged from the early days of the issue of corruption, causes of corruption, anti-corruption measures, anti-corruption experience and contemporary implications of these aspects are discussed. The paper is divided into three parts.The first part is to introduce the background of corruption, mainly from national conditions as well as the early days of our party by anti-corruption movement. In order to completely eradicate corruption, we must from the economic, political, and international; starting the party situation, etc., the party’s leading cadres of the organs of the existence of subjective reasons corruption is our party’s ideological corruption problem, our two-pronged approach from the thought, action, to eliminate corruption from the root.The second part mainly introduces the founding of the early history of our party’s anti-corruption experience, the main experience is: first, we have to rely on the masses against corruption; second, we must strengthen the party members and cadres of the ideological and political education from Marxism-Leninism; third, we must establish a sound system of the Independent Commission Against corruption, the establishment of the legal system, establish audit system, the establishment of financial system and other aspects of institutional corruption; forth, we need to establish the appropriate monitoring mechanisms, from inner-party supervision, democratic supervision, supervision by the masses, public opinion these aspects, summed up the early days of the anti-corruption experience, do guidance for future socialist anti-corruption institution building.The third part is to introduce anti-corruption experience at the beginning of the contemporary value generated, respectively, from the ideological anti-corruption, anti-corruption and build a strong ideological line of defense; anti-corruption system, the power put into the cage; anti-corruption monitoring mechanism, do the inspection and supervision; resolutely investigate for zero corruption easily analyze these aspects, for our anti-corruption system made valuable comments.
