with the development of our country’s economy and the transition of our society, the enterprise and the civil people come up with more moral disorders, which damage the environment and the consumption rights. However, the protection of the public interests is not enough. Although there are few lawsuits on public interests, the result is not good. Right now, people call for more civial lawsuits on public interests. Because there are no provisions on this area, the judicial organs do not register this kind of lawsuits.on October 23th 2014, the 4th plenary session of the 18th meeting of CPC came up with the system of the procuratorail’s public interests lawsuits, which make sure the procuratorial organs as the enfoecement agencies.That system supported the protection of the public interests.On July 1st,2015, the 12session of the 15th meeting of the NPC approved the decision that the highest procuratorial can carry out pilots in environment, the protection of the state-owned assets,the transfer of the state-owned land, the safety of the food and pill. These pilots include Beijing and other 13 areas. But the conservation of the pilots is hindering the development of the lawsuits of public interests. In the long run, our country is developing economy at the cost of the environment and nature, so this system is the best way to change the current situation. And we can improve this system.This thesis refers to the procuratorial to participate the public interest lawsuit, and dicusses the necessity and feasibility of the participation of the procuratori al in the public interest lawsuit, which can improve our country’s public intere st lawsuits system.
