A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Administrative Cost Control In Yunnan Province

At present, all countries in the world have been in a state of slow growth since the international financial crisis, and the Chinese economy is under great pressure. At present, the province and the national provincial environmental agreement, the economy is in the new normal, the provincial government put forward a severe challenge, the government’s reform has become very urgent. The higher administrative costs of the province has become the focus of social concern, the annual two sessions and members of the issue is also very concerned about this issue. The provincial government for the administrative cost of research and settlement of the problem has been attached great importance to, and control of local government administrative costs of the study is a major issue in front of the academic interface. In theory, the research on the method of controlling the administrative cost is studied. In practice, the provincial government to control the administrative costs, improve administrative efficiency as the goal, to develop a number of policies, to take a variety of measures to reduce administrative costs, and achieved some results. Overall, however, there are some limitations in the expected results in a series of initiatives.This study focuses on the provincial level, trying to study the composition and control measures of administrative costs, and to explore how to control the administrative cost, in order to make up for the lack of existing research and to provide theoretical reference for Yunnan province and other local governments.Based on the research of the domestic and international administrative cost control and the existing research literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of administrative cost control in Yunnan province by collecting a large amount of statistical data and relevant investigation. Next, by drawing on the advanced experience of other developed regions or cities, we put forward the policy recommendations to control the administrative cost of Yunnan province for reference and reference.
