With the development of China’s economy, equity as a kind of social wealth, more and more people paid their attention tothem. As a kind of trust, the application of the equity trust market has broad prospects, and gradually by everyone’s attention. However, the current laws of our country have no special provisions on the equity trust, which will cause a lot of problems in practice. This article from the basic principle of trust law of mining by understanding our country present stage of equity trust legislation, find the existing problems, and puts forward the solving scheme.This thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter is an overview of equity trust. This part mainly starts from the basic concept of equity trust, and briefly introduces the legal basis of equity trust, the characteristics, classification, history and so on, which pave the way for the following analysis. The second chapter briefly introduces the legislative situation of equity trust in our country, and points out that due to the trust legal system of our country is not perfect, resulting in equity trust in the application of the many legal issues, such as equitysome questiongs are still difficulite to have a good relation. You know, every system is not perfect, supervision mechanism to be improved and the information disclosure system is not enough.
