Land expropriation is a hot issue in today’s society and the focus of concern, research administrative law of the land expropriation is quite rich. However, little is devoted to study of land expropriation in the government information disclosure system. Land Acquisition to strengthen government information disclosure can effectively protect the rights of land rights of information, participation and supervision rights such as the right to promote the exchange of information of land acquisition authority and communication with the contract, reduce the risk of government social and administrative costs of land expropriation, to some extent alleviate land conflicts. Improve the government information disclosure system in land expropriation is not only a means and methods, but also a pursuit of value and the concept of the rule of law. This paper aims to find the problems and causes of the presence of the Land Acquisition FOI, combined with the experience and outside our country put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve.The article is divided into four parts. First, the paper introduces the basic theory of land acquisition in the government information disclosure relates, defines the basic concepts of land expropriation to government information. Secondly, the article is based on legal norms and practice of two levels to examine the current situation in Land Acquisition FOI, and explore its main problems and reasons. Again, the article introduces several major land acquisition mode outside the FOI, and summed up the experience outside. Finally, on the basis of combining the practice of land expropriation and learn extraterritorial experience, of Land in government information disclosure system put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve.
