Land Acquisition Study

The Land acquisition is an act that the country for the public interest's need, takes over collective lands and gives compensates. The system of land acquisition of our country was formed in planned economy era . Although having been carried on some adjustments and improvements, this system still shows the planned economy' trace and have much difference from the world country. The external things also have the place which is worth profiting from .This article is precisely stemming from this goal, plans to makes up for one's deficiency by learning from others' strong points and provide the model for our country through the comparative analysis.It is impossible to do the comparison between every country because overseas system is complex. This article takes Land acquisition system of American, Canadian, Japanese and our country' Taiwan area as the key introduction and refers to other national or the local system to carry on the comparative analysis, the aim of which is to found appropriate system for our country. The Land acquisition may involve many questions , but we converge them to three aspects: the public interest goal, procedure of acquisition ,compensation for acquisition.
