| Economic appraisement of the highway construction project is an important part of feasibility study. It is the foundation to determine economic reasonableness and draw up road net plan and decide the investment of capital construction in the prerequisite of construction project to meet the needs of national economy and society. This thesis discussed the theory and method of economic appraisement and undefined analysis and analyzed the risk element to effect benefit and built the model of undefined analysis by use the theory of discrete event system simulation and quantified the influence degree of every factor to appraisement index. We drew up the applied program of economic appraisement of highway construction project and undefined analysis. In the meantime, we linked with practice to satisfactorily complete the economic appraisement of highway construction project. |
