Law Jurisprudence Teaching Method

Case Method is a traditional method of American legal education . It has existed for more then hundred years, and been developed ceaseless by later scholars. For about ten years , lots of Chinese legal teacher advocated importing case method in order to reform our legal education , but they understood it inconsistently. With historic and comparative method ,This thesis analyzed concept and history of case method , appraised function and value about this method. This thesis was divided into six parts: Forwards: contrasted three concepts connected with case method, indicated the intercross of discipline in the course of researching this objection ,and the key link of legal education is that theory connects practice. First Part: introduced the main content of case method; Second Part: reviewed the history of this method; Third Part: analyzed the function and value of this method; Forth Part: pointed how to use case method for reference ,and how to innovated our teaching method of legal education. Epilogue :indicated that reforming legal education must carry through concertedly and as soon as possible.
