Subjectivity is a kind of attribute of corpora whose core is about its dynamic role. Concerning the dynamic role of the subjectivity is an important vision angle to study the western jurisprudence schools. The corpora's being subjected to law or to feasible to law is a fatal element to analyze the jurisprudence.I analyze the different schools of western jurisprudence by using Marxism vision in the essay. Also the historical headstream of subjectivity is combined to my study. In the jurisprudence schools before recent epoch, corpora is considered to be the passive status . In such jurisprudence, corpora has no freedom. Modern jurisprudence inherits the former fruit of research. It shows more attention at corpora than ever, but relativism becomes its utterance. Marxist jurisprudence has surpassed bourgeois jurisprudence, especially Hegelian propertied class legal theory by respecting human's subjectivity.In addition, the view of people oriented has been given the most important emphasized in our country. The theory has greatly put forward the understanding of corpora in jurisprudence. It shows that the notion is comprehensively mastered in our jurisprudence.
