Consequently, there are much economical analyses out of legal area in this article in order to find the way to ward off insurance fraud. The first chapter is the introduction of insurance fraud, which is divided into moral hazard and adverse selection according to the time of fraud's beginning, the second chapter is to illustrate what's the character and the reason of the fraud in moral hazard area as well as in adverse area. The third chapter is to propose legal act to prevent it through the economical analyses.
