AbstractThere are lots of explains on the financial risk, but no one can be sure by all of us. Maybe the financial risk have some facts. However, the risks of practicality economic are the base of the symbol economic risks. So form the topic , I think enterprise running can bring financial risks, through researching, I put forward some countermeasures which no different with tradition methods in this thesis.First, I research the meaning and the reason of the financial risk, educing that enterprise is the microcosmic base of the financial risk. Second, I study how can place a premium on the financial risk, and the conclusion is there are lots facts. The last, on the research copy, I bring forward a way can settle the problem which is manage well the enterprises in the thesis.
