Now network has penetrated in economical and financial fields deeply, and the banking is facing more and more competition and challenge. Under the great percussion from e-business and with the rise of new need of customers, banks, particularly banks all over China ,should adjust their business to meet the new enviroment .Developing business on Internet is the necessary choice. Internet banking is the focus of e-business, the bridge of finance and electronic trade. But Internet banking in China rises lately, and now there are also a lot of obstacles on its way. So it is very important to study the significance of developing internet banking,analyze the contents of internet banking and the technology project, discuss the thought and countermeasure of developing internet banking in china.This article comprises four chapters.The first chapter is the summary of Internet banking.
