With the continuous development of the market economy, the increasing number of mobile dealers, impact on the community is also growing. As one of significant group in modern market economy, the mobile dealers has become the focus of several scholars from Administrative Law,administrative management and city planning and design . the problem of mobile dealers, directly related to the social stability and development. This thesis finds a specific path to legalization for the mobile dealers, through the analysis of commercial subject and commercial registration system, from the perspective of Commercial Law.
