The boom of the real estate in China has upsurged, leads to the increase in national economy and possesses an important role among various fields. With the upsurge of the real estate ,more and more problems appear. For example, limited by the level of national economy, there is less efficient demand, the lack of the general control and real estate exceeds the need. All of the mentioned reasons lead that the development is excessive and the amount of vacancy in building goes up. So the supple exceeds the demand ,the sale is in trouble and funds canꊰ turn over. The awkward situation affects the running of the real estate market.At the same time, there are some international and general issues, such as the financial crisis in southeast Asia and the entering to WTO, which will affect the development of real estate in China. If our real estate corporations are desirous to exist and develop under such a complicated situation, we should advocate corporation strategy in our real estate enterprises, anew the way of development, design in the mass of enterprises , train the nuclear competitive and take the predominant All of strategy are the efficient means to succeed perpetually in our real estate enterprises.According to the basis theory in corporation strategy ,the author aims at a material real estate corporation to bring forward a set of strategy project, which also points out a direction for the development of the real estate enterprises.The central contents of thesis is to study on corporation strategy in real estate enterprises; analyze the environment of XinDa real estate CO.,LTD. and frame a suit of strategy programs.
