Fuzzy Error Logic And Its Applications In The Prevention Of Securities Investment Risk

How do errors of decision emerge? How should we avoid and eliminate errors of decision, reduce losses by it? Specialists and scholars put forward many methods. The frizzy error-logic is one of Iastest theories. It come from the combination of the science of error and classical logic theories and contemporary logic theories. It look for reasons of errors , influence scope of errors and approaches of avoiding and eliminating errors. In this paper, the logical laws and five transformation-words of fuzzy error are mainly studied. The four transformation-words are change transformation-word, decomposition transformation-word, similarity transformation-word, combination transfomiation-word and emergence transformation-word. Logical methods of eliminating errors are classified as six kinds of models: change, composition, similarity transition, addition, destroying, unit. These transformation- words are independent completely one another. There exist some extents of relations. Their applications comply with principle that cost is as low as possible. In the last chapter, the application of fuzzy error-logic in avoiding risk of securities investment are studied. The application of composition transformation-word is mainly studied.
