Studies On Problem Of Risk Analysis And Fuzzy Evaluative Decision On Real Estate Investment

Nowadays, with an increasing fierce market competition, real estate has become a large -scaled industry Real estate industry is a quite profitable industry and investment projects need a lot of capital and long constructing and operating duration, so we must think about influence of the uncertain factors, and make risk analysisAt present, there are many achievements of risk analysis and decision-making of huge investment projects, but there are no generally recognized standardization model. Combining the project, this paper tries to establish an applied standardization model and make it be applied to the project.This paper introduces sensitivity analysis and its advantages and disadvantages. Risk analysis is the key point of this paper, and fuzzy evaluative method are well studied in this paper. Considering the fuzzy characteristic of the raw information during of investment making policy on the real estate, the fuzzy evaluative model of investment item risk in the real estate has been built by analyzing the risk factor of real estate investment in this paper. Therefore, the paper introduces some means of investment risk decision, then formulates a scientific evaluation index system and dynamic-fuzzy-overall evaluation of all kings of investment risks.
