From land reform to the cooperative transformation of the Chinese agriculture moreover, from the people's commune to the family contract system of management, the Chinese peasants have walked through an uncommon road. Since the 3rd plenum of the 11th CPC Centural Committee, the family contract system of management has been pursued which led to the historic massive change of the progress of the economy and the society throughout the Chinese countryside.
