New China's Rural Land Reform

The problem of countryside is the main problem in the China's revolution and construction, and the core of the countryside's problem is the land system. From the foundation of new China to reform and open, the C.P.C. probed continuously around the land's problem, through many tortuous, early or later experienced land revolution, farming cooperative and people's commune three stages. Bring about the reform from feudal land system to farmer private's land private's run, and to farmer private's land collective run, and to collective's processing and running. But from the late of 50's,the increasing of China's agriculture output is slowly. The countryside land system became the major cause of the tie to developing of producing. The new era from 11th session 3rd central meeting, the country's reform with the system of household link output contract responsibility realized the historic reform of country's land collective owning household run, promoted the great developing in agriculture field. With the practice of China's socialism agriculture progress, the country's land system reveals it's disadvantage. In order to adapt to the demands of the socialism marketing economics and modernization, the countryside's land system must be reform further to improve through new practice .
