Dalian City Trust Business Development Direction Is Discussed

Trust is a kind of property management system for the advantage of someone else. And Trust Corporation is a non-bank financial institution, characterized by certain financial functions. It has been 2lyears since China reopen its trust industry in 1979. Also it has been ~ 9th year for Dalian trust industry since the establishment of Huaxin Trust and Investment Corporation in 1981. With reference to the history of trust's development during the period of these years, there is no doubt that trust has played an active and particular roll in economic development and financial system reform. However, we must admit that trust has not developed properly, even though it has experienced several times of large clearance and reorganization. The present paper begins with the basic definitions and functions about trust, utilizes theories of finance and economy, profits from learning the successful experiences of other developed countries, analyzes the main characters of Chinese trust industry, and discusses its future and development direction. Most importantly, the present paper 2 does a lot of investigation and research work on Dalian trust industry and forwards some methods for the advantage of Dalian trust development, in order to support Chinese trust development and financial system reform.
